2. Service Description

Lotus Car Wash Nigeria provides mobile car washing and detailing services across Nigeria. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Exterior car washing and detailing
  • Interior cleaning and conditioning
  • Paint protection and ceramic coating
  • Engine bay cleaning
  • Additional specialized services

3. Booking and Payment

Booking:

  • All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, or phone
  • Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
  • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

Payment:

  • Payment is required at the time of booking or upon service completion
  • We accept various payment methods including cards, bank transfers, and mobile payments
  • All prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦) and include applicable taxes

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service time
  • Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount
  • Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional cost

5. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and location information
  • Ensure safe and accessible parking for our team
  • Remove all personal items from the vehicle before service
  • Inform us of any pre-existing damage or special requirements
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative during service

6. Liability and Insurance

  • We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for our services
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage not reported before service
  • Customers must report any damage claims within 24 hours of service completion
  • We are not liable for items left in vehicles during service

7. Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a re-service at no additional cost.

9. Modifications to Terms
